		<description><![CDATA[Hi, though I know this is 2 years old post but I just want to comment since I found this article very insightful. Another point that I want to add is that it might be helpful for anyone to realize oneself by questioning who is responsible for the oneself.
It means by realizing that there is no one who can be responsible for one individual&#039;s physical and mental entity.
Also as I see many people wait for a task or approve from others and that&#039;s another point why it makes harder to find oneself.
It is quite critical to understand that there is no one who can give other person an approval or anything. 
That would lead to set anyone free from many restrictions that are set up by &quot;society&quot;.
This kind of mindset needs a practice. :)]]></description>
